Mosaic Gallery

Each piece that Wendy Hinden has made is unique and a labor of love. She primarily uses materials that are discovered locally on the shores of Provincetown such as beach glass, shards of pottery and stones. She also incorporates other materials that are purchased or comes across, such as plates and tiles. In 2004 she decided to attempt to mosaic a birdhouse, and that is how she began this journey. Her father used to dabble in mosaics and photography when she was a child. When she began her first mosaic piece, she felt a very strong spiritual connection with him, which continues to guide and inspire her today. Commission work is available.
